We run routes, not radiuses. Every city below has a fixed day on the schedule and a crew that knows what the ground does there — because a lakeshore lot in Prior Lake and a shaded lot in Eagan are not the same job.
Why the route
matters.
Most lawn companies quote a radius and then take whatever calls come in inside it. That works until the calendar gets full, and then somebody gets skipped — usually whoever is furthest from wherever the truck already was.
We do it the other way around. Each city gets a fixed day, the route is built to fit inside that day, and we stop taking new properties on a route once it's full rather than stretching it thin. That's why you get the same crew on the same day for the whole season instead of a rotating cast.
It also means we can be specific. The crew running Eagan knows it is a shade-and-leaf city. The crew running Savage knows it is a slope city. That knowledge is worth more than any piece of equipment on the trailer.
