How does pricing work?+
Flat weekly rate based on lot size — quoted within 24 hours, honored all season. No contracts, no fuel surcharges, and you're never billed for a visit your lawn didn't need.
What area do you cover?+
Lakeville and the south metro: Savage, Prior Lake, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Farmington and Eagan.
How fast can you start?+
Quotes go out within 24 hours, and the first visit usually lands the same week when the route allows. Spring books fastest — get on the list early.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Most of our route runs while you're at work. Gates get latched, dogs get remembered, and you get a text when we're done.
Do you take one-time jobs?+
Yes. Cleanups, mulch, rock beds and paver projects are quoted as one-time jobs. Mowing and snow run as standing weekly routes — that's where the flat rate lives.
What about winter?+
Same crew, same route — driveways and walks cleared before the morning commute, salted on request. Summer customers get first spots on the snow list.
Are you insured?+
Fully licensed and insured. If we ever ding a downspout, we tell you first and we fix it — that's the 24-hour make-it-right promise.
Are there contracts?+
No contracts, ever. Pause or cancel with a text. We keep customers with quality, not paperwork.
